At Risk, the power of understanding empathy and someone else lived experience can be achieved via Allyship. Allyship will continue to play a pivotal role to accelerate our core Diversity and Inclusion strategy. Creating the importance of allyship helps to support education, encourages empathy and helps our organisation become an equitable environment. This track will increase your awareness and understanding of the experiences of Black/African American communities. The requirements to become a Risk Black/African American Ally will take approximately 1 hour. Please ensure you complete Allyship 101, and then accelerate your awareness via by following the specialised journey below.           We believe that allyship matters most when it is inconvenient and uncomfortable. So please continue to maintain active in your allyship and encourage others to take your lead.
