JOps: Prerequisite to Agile PM Certification

This pathway is designed for Journal Operations team members interested in pursuing Agile Project Management certification. It includes three foundational tracks that cover essential project management principles, Agile methodologies, and practical skills.   Included Tracks:   Introduction to Project Management: This track provides a high-level introduction to project management, covering key concepts and terms, and the variables that can influence project outcomes.   Project Management Essentials: This detailed track teaches core skills to manage projects successfully, focusing on keeping projects on budget, on time, and within scope. It provides tips to ensure projects stay on their desired trajectory.   Agile Essentials: This track introduces Agile as a flexible, collaborative methodology. It covers how Agile can be applied to projects, focusing on iterative approaches to deliver value faster and more efficiently.
