At Risk, the power of understanding empathy and someonelse lived experience can be acheieved via Allyship. Allyship will continue to play a pivotal role to accelerate our core Diversity and Inclusion strategy. Creating the importance of allyship helps to support education, encourages empathy and helps our organisation become an equitable environment. Please ensure you complete Allyship 101 course first, and then accelerate your awareness via the specialised Allyship journeys in ( LGBTQ+, Black British, Hispanic Heritage and Black/African American Ancestry) to obtain further accreditation by following the journeys below.                                                                                     We believe that allyship matters most when it is inconvenient and uncomfortable. So please continue to maintain active in your allyship and encourage others to take your lead.
